1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you (the parent or legal guardian) and Revolution Soccer Canada Ltd. and Sport For All Canada (together, "Revolution", "we", "us").
- •By ticking the box at registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, and that you agree to these terms.
2. Enrollment
- •A one-time enrollment fee is paid at sign-up. It secures your child's spot and includes their Revolution uniform.
- •Your child's spot is only confirmed once the enrollment fee is paid.
- •The enrollment fee is non-refundable, except under our 48-hour guarantee (section 3).
- •Current fees are shown at registration on www.revolution-soccer.com.
- •If a uniform is lost, damaged or outgrown, a new one is available to purchase.
3. 48-hour guarantee
- •Not the right fit? Request a refund through My Account on www.revolution-soccer.com within 48 hours of your child's first class.
- •We'll refund the enrollment fee and your first bi-weekly payment in full, and your child keeps the kit.
- •The guarantee applies once per child, on their first enrollment only.

4. Billing
- •Your first bi-weekly payment is charged on the day you register. That date becomes your billing day.
- •After that, your subscription is charged automatically every 2 weeks to the card on file, until you cancel.
- •Classes run year-round and the subscription price is fixed. We don't pro-rate, discount or refund for missed classes or partial billing periods.
- •Sibling discounts may be available. Discounts are subject to change.
5. Failed payments
- •Please keep your card details up to date in My Account.
- •If a payment fails, we'll let you know by email and Stripe will retry the payment automatically. There is no fee for a failed payment.
- •You have 2 weeks to make the payment. If it's still unpaid after 2 weeks, your child's spot may be released.
6. Price changes
- •We may change the subscription price. If we do, we'll email you at least 4 weeks before the new price takes effect.
- •The new price applies from your first billing day after the 4-week notice period ends.
- •If you don't want to continue at the new price, you can cancel under section 7.
7. Cancelling your subscription
- •Cancellations can only be made through My Account on www.revolution-soccer.com. We can't accept cancellations by email, phone or in person.
- •Cancelling requires one full billing cycle of notice (2 sessions, usually 2 weeks).
- •After you cancel, one more billing payment will be charged. Your child is welcome to attend the sessions that payment covers. Your subscription then ends.
- •For example, if you cancel the day before your billing day, you'll still be charged the next day, and your child can attend the next 2 sessions.
- •We don't give refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Pausing your subscription
Not ready to say goodbye? Pause payments for up to 4 weeks.
- •There are no charges while you're paused. Pauses of up to 2 weeks keep your child's place; for longer pauses the place may be offered to the waitlist and the class may be full when you return.
- •Your subscription restarts automatically when your pause ends, and billing resumes.
- •If your child doesn't return after the pause, one billing cycle will be charged and your subscription will then be cancelled.
- •You can cancel any time during your pause through My Account, with no further payments.
9. Coming back after cancelling
- •Re-enrolment. If you cancel and rejoin within 8 weeks of your subscription ending, there is no fee, subject to space in the class.
- •After 8 weeks, a re-enrolment fee of $50 plus tax per child applies.
- •A new uniform can be added for $50 plus tax.
- •No re-enrolment fee applies if your break was caused by Revolution Soccer pausing or closing your class or location.
- •Play Credits can only be used towards subscription payments, not the enrolment fee, re-enrolment fee or uniform.
- •Welcome-back offer: past members who re-enrol during the welcome-back offer period pay no re-enrolment fee.
- •Rejoining is subject to space being available.
10. Missed classes
- •If your child can't make a class (illness, holidays, other plans), we don't offer make-up sessions, credits or refunds.
- •Your subscription pays to hold your child's spot in the program, whether or not they attend.
11. Changing class times or locations
- •You can switch your child's class time or location in My Account, or by speaking to the site admin at your class.
- •Changes depend on space being available.
12. Weather and class cancellations
- •We play rain or shine. Please dress your child for the weather.
- •We may cancel a class for safety reasons, such as lightning, extreme heat or cold, poor air quality, or a facility closure.
- •We'll let you know by email as early as we can. Please also check the app before you leave.
- •If we cancel a class, we will:
- •1. first, offer a make-up session; or
- •2. if we can't offer one, add a Play Credit to your account.
- •Play Credits can be used on eligible Revolution programs. They have no cash value, can't be used toward subscription payments or enrollment fees, and can't be transferred to another family.
13. Holiday periods
Your subscription continues through holiday periods. If regular classes don't run, we'll replace them with special events or additional sessions so your child gets the sessions we promised.
14. Parents on site
- •We recommend that a parent or guardian stays on site for all sessions.
- •For players U10 and under, a parent or guardian must stay on site for the whole session.
- •Please arrive on time and pick your child up promptly at the end of class. Children will only be released to a parent, guardian or an adult you've authorized.
15. Health, safety and conduct
- •Tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or needs at registration, and keep this up to date in My Account.
- •Please keep your child home if they are unwell.
- •We expect players, parents and guests to be respectful to coaches, staff and each other.
- •If behaviour is unsafe or repeatedly disruptive, we may remove a participant from the program. No refund is given. Billing stops from the day of removal.
16. Participation waiver
Soccer is a physical activity and carries a risk of injury. A signed participation waiver is required at registration, as a separate agreement.
17. Photos and video
We may take photos and videos at sessions. We'll only use images of your child in our marketing if you've given consent at registration, as a separate agreement. You can change this at any time by emailing classes@revolution-soccer.com.
18. Your information
We collect your family's information to run our programs, process payments and keep you updated. We don't sell your information. For details, see the Privacy Policy on www.revolution-soccer.com.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll email you about any important changes before they take effect.
