Soccer Training Program
We help every child fall in love with soccer and grow as a person, whatever their starting point. A fun, rotating mix of drills and small-sided games builds real skills while keeping every session enjoyable.
Program Details
- • Ages 3–12, boys and girls, all skill levels
- • Niagara Falls, Pelham/Welland, Thorold and St. Catharines
- • One 60-minute session per week — 30 minutes skills + 30 minutes gameplay
- • Runs year-round — outdoor in summer, indoor in winter (indoor venue is a 5–10 minute drive from its outdoor counterpart)
Typical Session Breakdown
Opening Ceremony & warm-up: welcome, dynamic movement, and a fun activation game to get players switched on.
Skill development (the 3 Ps): focused work on a technique such as dribbling, passing, shooting, or ball control.
Game play & Closing Ceremony: small-sided games where players apply the skill, then a quick close-out and recognition.
Fees
- Enrollment: $100 + tax, one time. Includes the full Puma uniform (shirt, shorts, socks), enrollment fee, and admin fee.
- Then: $44 bi-weekly subscription + tax — billed to a card on file.
- Sibling pricing: 50% off every additional child, permanently.
Guarantee
Try one session risk-free. If it isn't right for your child, we'll refund you in full — and you keep the kit either way. Cancel any time thereafter with 2 weeks' notice.
